My name is Sharon, I am a psychotherapist, certified EMDR therapist, certified clinical supervisor and certified DBT therapist. I am deemed as an 'out of the box' therapist mostly due to me working with the person in front of me rather than concentrating on a particular modality as I feel that people are individuals and don't always fit into a 'box'. I work with either individuals or couples for short or long term work.

I am a calm, empathetic person to whom people feel comfortable to talk to.
Due to being a psychotherapeutic counsellor I am able to offer a range of tools to help you move forward in life or a kind listening ear for you to feel listen to.
Most of my clients deem me as an 'out of the box' therapist as I work with all my clients in a unique way that best suits them as individuals.
DBT can help people that struggle with their emotions and can sometimes come across wrong to those around them.
EMDR therapist, this can help people with PTSD, CPTSD, Anxiety, depression, EUPD, unresolved grief and many other conditions.
Due to me working within mental health/social care environments for over 20 years I have a good understanding on many conditions and along with this I have overcome a lot of life struggles myself so am aware how difficult life can be at times.

I offer a free 20 minute chat, just so as we can get to know each other and see if we both feel we are a good match.
Fees
Psychotherapy - individual £50 per 50 mins
Couples - £75 per 60 mins
EMDR as a stand alone therapy - £70 per 60 mins
Supervision - £50 an hour or £70 per 90 mins
When I Work
I work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am until 9pm
Saturdays 9 until 12
