Hi my name is Sharon, I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor/ EMDR therapist, but also known as an 'out of the box counsellor due to me being able to use a range of modalities to help clients move forward in life.
About me and my practice
I am a calm, empathetic person to whom people feel comfortable to talk to.
Due to being a psychotherapeutic counsellor I am able to offer a range of tools to help you move forward in life or a kind listening ear for you to feel listen to.
Most of my clients deem me as an 'out of the box' therapist as I work with all my clients in a unique way that best suits them as individuals.
DBT can help people that struggle with their emotions and can sometimes come across wrong to those around them.
EMDR therapist, this can help people with PTSD, CPTSD, Anxiety, depression, EUPD, unresolved grief and many other conditions.
Due to me working within mental health/social care environments for over 20 years I have a good understanding on many conditions and along with this I have overcome a lot of life struggles myself so am aware how difficult life can be at times.

I offer a free 20 minute chat, just so as we can get to know each other and see if we both feel we are a good match.
Fees
From £50 an hour depending on what type of therapy is required.
When I Work
I work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am until 9pm
Saturdays 9 until 12
